The transposition flap owes its name to the type of movement it makes through healthy skin to cover the surgical defect, it is one of the most used in dermatological surgery, the displacement may be small when the defect is adjacent, or maximum when it is displaced 90 °. On this occasion, we present 2 cases in which a translocation dermo-fat lobed flap was used to reconstruct the cheek defect.
