Extranodal NK cell lymphoma, nasal type is a non-Hodgkin lymphoma that usually develops rapidly and aggressively, and it is generally related to the presence of the Epstein-Barr virus. The skin is the second most frequent site of involvement, generally as a direct extension of the primary tumor. There are different therapeutic strategies depending on whether it is localized or advanced disease. We present the case of a patient with mild response to chemotherapy regimens and good survival after allogeneic bone marrow transplant.
