Radiation skin injury is due to the exposure of the skin to enough ionizing radiation doses. It is usual in radiotherapy patients. However, there are few published cases related to conventional radiology procedures. We’re describing in this text a patient with a hiperpigmented lesion with hair loss after multiple fluoroscopy procedures, in which X rays were used for cardiac catheterization.
