Antineoplastic therapy with “target drugs” as epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitors is associated with a large number of dermatological adverse effects, which can be summarized in the PRIDE Syndrome. These alterations can be annoying and disabling, therefore, timely intervention allows to improve quality of life and patient’s adherence to these therapies. We present the case of a patient with pruritic papulopustular rash, xerosis, paronychia and diffuse non-scarring alopecia, signs and symptoms that correspond to PRIDE Syndrome. This dermatosis developed after the onset of Erlotinib, an EGFR inhibitor.
