Medicina Cutánea ILA es el órgano de difusión oficial del Colegio Ibero-Latinoamericano de Dermatología, siendo ésta la fuente principal de financiamiento de la revista.

La revista apoya firmemente la iniciativa de acceso abierto, no realiza cargos económicos por la producción ni publicación de los artículos y todos los artículos son publicados en abierto sin coste para los lectores bajo los términos de la licencia Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).

Medicina Cutánea ILA is the official journal of the Colegio Ibero-Latinoamericano de Dermatología, being the latter the journal’s main funding source.

The journal firmly supports the open access initiative and does not charge authors for production or publishing of their manuscripts. All works published in the journal are open for readers without charge under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
